Returns & Refund Policy

Faulty Items

Sometimes items can arrive faulty, if this is the case please send an email to info@surgedevices.co.uk we will need to know the product code, a photo of the faulty product and an explanation of the fault. For all faulty items we will send our own carrier in to collect the products from you. Please have the item packaged up and ready to go, if our carrier is unable to collect this item from you, you will then be responsible for getting the item back to us, and will incur any charges from the missed collection. Once the item has been inspected, we can either issue a replacement product or a refund / credit to your account.

Returns for Wholesalers

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All returns will incur a 20% handling fee, please mark this clearly on any paperwork you send us. All returns must be sent direct to our head office (Johnson House, Watts Street, Chadderton, OL9 9LQ). The sender incurs the delivery expense. Once the item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Returns for online purchases

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If the purchase is within 30 days, you are eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All returns must be sent to our head office (Johnson House, Watts Street, Chadderton, OL9 9LQ). The sender incurs the delivery expense. Once the item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your account. This refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for you to receive an exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
