We offer a range of web based training sessions to suit anyone wanting to learn a little more about surge protection.
All of our webinars are completely free and we are CPD certified, so every attendee will receive a CPD certificate.
The following courses are currently available:
Surge Protection Basics & British Standards
This session is aimed at electrical contractors who may have limited or no experience with surge protection to give a basic understanding of what surge protection is and why we use it, through to how it works and where it needs to be installed. We will then cover the 18th edition guidance to finish off the session.
Surge Protection Basics & Irish Standards
This session is aimed at electrical contractors who may have limited or no experience with surge protection to give a basic understanding of what surge protection is and why we use it, through to how it works and where it needs to be installed. We will then cover the I.S.10101 guidance to finish off the session.
Surge Protection Product Data & Installation Requirements
This session is aimed at people who have already completed the Basics and the 18th Edition session and will be breaking down and explaining the data you will see on the front of surge protection devices and progress on to information on the installation of SPD’s in line with the 18th edition requirements.
Surge Protection, PV Systems & EV Chargers
This session is aimed at people who have already completed the Basics session and will be discussing the use of surge protection with PV systems and electric vehicle chargers in line with the 18th edition requirements.
Ask the Expert
This session is aimed at anyone who would like to discuss any surge related questions, without a webinar. Whether you have a specific installation you would like to discuss, or have a regulation query I can help with, I will be happy to assist in any way I can.
